Man Vs. Beast

This is a little something I did last night, I was feeling a bit uninspired, so my best mate told me to draw him fighting a shark. And this is what I came up with.

It also has a sort of secret meaning, which would be hilarious to anyone that knew where this picture of Gezz originated from.

So my phone contract runs out today, time to go to Carphone Warehouse and cancel my ridiculously priced contract.

Theme

So im browsing the other themes for my blog, when I realize that the theme im using  is no longer on the website. Which means I can’t change my theme, because if it turns out to be shit, I cant change it back. Most irritating.

Today I finally realized what I want to be when I grow up, Adam Savage from Mythbusters. I mean his job basically consists, of shooting stuff, blowing shit up, fucking about with cool gadgets and doing all those things we saw in films when we were kids, but have never been able to try.

Is it possible to make a deadly weapon out of nothing more dangerous than newspaper and underwear?

If you push hard enough, can you get a swing to go all the way around the bar?

Is it dangerous to pee on the electrified third rail of a train track?

Some things I have always wondered, and thanks to the Mythbusters they have been answered. Also, he has the coolest glasses. Right, im off to watch Mythbusters now.

Doodle zwei komma null

Today I’ve been reading up some shit about Adobe Illustrator, as I want to learn to use it. For me, the best way of learning is getting hands on, so I started working on the doodle I uploaded yesterday. Pretty happy with the outcome so far, considering this morning I was an Illustrator noob. It took a little while to wrap my head around the pen tool, with its anchors and handles and fiddly bits, but once I got the hang of it, I actually found it quite satisfying to use.
